Hi my name is Arlena, owner of That Rose Glow. I’m a licensed esthetician in Merced, CA specializing in relaxing result driven facial treatments. Ngoc has recently joined me and she specializes in Japanese inspired Head Spa treatments. These services will leave your skin/scalp feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
